Microchips

By law, puppies rehomed from 8 weeks of age require the breeder to microchip them before moving to their forever home.

When your cat or dog is microchipped a copy of the unique identification number is given to the owner. These details are then registered and filed in a database with your contact information. The contact information can be updated at any time via the Identichip website. There is normally a charge for this but an essential record to keep up to date.

Having your pet microchipped means you have the best chance of being reunited with your pet if they go missing.

We are able to microchip dogs and cats and register them with the database, we can also scan stray pets to see if they are micro-chipped and if so reunite them with their owners.
